How Is That Possible, Sen. Orji Kalu Installing Solar Power, A Week After Inauguration?

The question is ambiguous because it was just in June 13th 2023 that the National Assembly was inaugurated. It was an honest question from someone from Umuahia South, a local government in Abia State that is not included in the five Local government that made up Abia North senatorial District.
Moreover, as the newly elected and inaugurated Senators are trying to find their feet and possibly plan what to do for their respective zones/Districts, it’s quite uncommon that the Senator who is representing Abia North District is already entertaining his people with the second phase of solar light installations in the five local government areas of Abia North.
This achievement, which is generating reactions from the public, came with lots of questions and requests. Requests from those that tried to stop his return to the Senate, requests from other senatorial districts on how they can benefit from Senator Orji Uzor Kalu’s second phase Solar power distributions.
The truth remains that, whatever you have read about Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and the solar light installations as a second phase in the five local government areas of Abia North District, is, as it is, the true reality of dividends of democracy!
That was the reasons, the good people of Abia North, did all that was necessary, to see to his re-election because Dr Orji Uzor Kalu is one among the proactive personalities the District is blessed with, hence the need to exploit all that can be exploited from him, to develop Abia North, can not in any ways be compromised.
The believe that Abia North will be lifted from darkness to light, is part of what some people in Abia North would be experiencing within this period of installations of the solar power light-up, a project applauded by The Centre For Equity And Eradication Of Rural Poverty, through the Executive Director, Sir Don Ubani, KSC, JP, as they see the ‘Solar Street Light As Elixir To Rampant Crimes In Rural Areas.’ In other-words, it’s a solution to so lots of discomforts of the night, on the people.
It can better be understood, why the name Orji Uzor Kalu (OUK) have remained relevant on the lips of Nigerians, Abians and the people of Abia North particularly. The kind of human and rural developmental plans he brings to the table, can not easily be overlooked without a word. Some people would praise him for going extreme, beyond his statutory duties of making laws into using his office to sort for development for the people, while some people would throw stones, looking for flimsy reasons to pull him down.
These are natural factors expected of a democratic system, but Senator Orji Uzor Kalu had remained on top of his engagements with his people, irrespective of the challenges he met, in the course of doing the works we see him do today.
More are expected of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu. His type of personality, a higher grade of quality, has no ends to developments, so long as avenues are made available through mandates on him by the people, it would surly result to exploits on the government, for more to be done for the people.
